How to use it

Week 1

Relief only

Use Relief as your moisturizer for face and body, morning and night. Nothing else. Your skin needs time to detox and calm down before you add anything on top of it.

Week 2

Reassess your skin

Look at where you are. If your skin still needs time, stay on Relief alone for another week. For some people this stretch is longer, and that is completely normal.

Next

Add the rest of your routine

Once your skin has settled, bring in Wash as your cleanser and keep Relief as your moisturizer for face and body. Add Spot where you need targeted help.

Daily

Straight out of the shower

Relief works well applied to damp skin straight out of the shower, when it spreads easily and locks in moisture.

Care & Storage

Because Relief is made from fresh, whole ingredients with no fillers, its texture changes with the temperature it is stored at. That is not a defect. It is proof of what is inside.

Anywhere in this range works.

What to expect

Why the consistency changes

This is how you know we are not using emulsifiers or suspension tricks to hold a texture in place. Nothing here is engineered to look the same in every kitchen.

Firm, creamy, or pourable

Coconut oil is the only ingredient in Relief that is solid at room temperature, so it is what drives the texture you feel. The full-nutrient kind, rather than the fractionated kind, melts at 78°F. Below about 70°F Relief is firm to creamy; above that it softens and can pour. Both are the same product.

If it feels grainy

That is fresh ingredients waiting to be melted by the warmth of your skin. It does not affect the purity or the performance of what you are using.

If it has gone hard

Below 65°F, or left in a cold car in winter, Relief can go quite hard. Move it somewhere warm and it softens right back. Nothing is lost.

If it has gone liquid and you want it creamier

Place the jar in a sink or bowl of very warm water until it melts completely. Put it in your fridge until solid. Then store it in the place you will use it most.
