How to Use Relief
1. Apply After Bathing: Because skin absorbs nutrients most effectively when warm, apply all over after bathing but before toweling off.
2. A Little Goes a Long Way: Use Half a pump for your face and a Full pump for your body.
3. Let It Absorb: Leave it on and let it soak into your skin naturally—no need to wash it off. All set!
Use 2-3 times per day or as needed to help soothe irritation and reduce problematic bacteria.
Temperature Matters: Relief works best at room temperature (65-85°F). If it gets too cold, the coconut oil may solidify. To fix this, shake well and run the bottle under warm water if needed.

This is the only product that has been able to clear up my adult acne problems!! Love, love, love it!!! I just bought some for my fiancé to use as well!
I noticed a difference once I stopped rinsing it off after 3 minutes. I get milia cysts on my face from keratin build up, and I also have really sensitive skin that’s easily irritated. Molly recommended I rinse my face with warm water, gently exfoliate with a washcloth, then use Relief. For the first few weeks, I would let relief sit for 3 minutes then rinse it off and use Restore for my moisturizer. But that was too much moisturizer for the summer. So then I tried just leaving Relief on as my moisturizer, and that works well for me. Relief does need a little time to soak in, which was a little weird to get used to. But my skin is noticeably smoother, and I have fewer cysts. I do wish you could twist lock the pump on the bottle, though. That would make traveling with it easier (and less messy!).

I’ve been using RELIEF & WASH for a couple of months now. It is only recently (past few weeks) that my face has finally adjusted. My acne & irritation have calmed greatly & breakouts are really minor these days. It’s been such an improvement! If you don’t see results after the first 4 weeks, give it a bit more time. My skin really needed time to “detox” & calm down. Now, RELIEF is also providing just the right amount of hydration for warmer days. At night I’m using Bloom’s night cream. I love the ingredients & love the results!
