If you aren't sure how to move emails from Bloom out of your SPAM folder, follow these simple instructions.
Gmail user?
A Simple way to move an email from Promotions to Primary so you never miss another announcement from us.
- Left-click and Hold onto one of our emails you want to move.
- Drag email from Promotions tab over to Primary tab.
- Release the mouse so the email drops into Primary tab.
- Gmail will ask if you wish to make the change permanent. Click Yes to make sure that all future messages from Bloom will appear in the Primary tab.
- That's it. You are set to go!! No more missed emails. Woohoo.
If that doesn't work with your email server, google search how to move an email out of spam permanently.
