  1. wet & warm skin in shower.
  2. use Clean - to cleanse certain areas that need a good clean.
  3. apply Nourish - as an all-over cleanser by gently massaging Nourish onto face, legs, arms and torso, use on legs as a hydrating shaving gel.
  4. rinse - although you will still feel Nourish on the skin (that is good).
  5. towel off.
