All-in-one! Permit me to explain how this can be... Most soaps (the sudsy kind) will strip the skin of oils leaving the skin dry and irritated, our Clean is a good safe soapy, soap, for those certain areas and times that need to be cleaned.
Nourish a bacteria-fighting cleanser should be used to hydrate and cleanse all other areas (torso, arms, legs and face). Cleanser and moisturizer in one! Tested in a lab Nourish consumed the yeast and the bacteria. So, the bacteria-fighting properties help kill bacteria that can lead to irritation and breakouts.
