Here is the product for this SUPER simple daily routine.

At this age, getting them to cleanse even once per day can be a challenge. To make it super easy, have them apply while in the shower. Once per day is fine.

You are just giving them a good foundation for the healthy cleansing of skin and it should be very easy to stick with. Use the routine below whenever they shower, morning or night.

    • Open pores using warm water.
    • Massage RELIEF on face using firm movement for about 30 seconds or more. Use RELIEF to take off eye makeup being careful not to get it in your eyes.
    • Rinse and lightly towel off.

Add WASH as your facial cleanser then RELIEF as your moisturizer for face and body.

week 4

Add SPOT to your daily routine by applying on the affected spots. It may sting a bit when applied. This tells you it is working to combat infection which causes inflammation. If it feels too uncomfortable, rinse off and try again at a later time. Do not use if it burns. Although all healthy plant oils, they pack a powerful punch at infection and inflammation.
