Here is the product for this SUPER simple daily routine.

At this age, getting them to cleanse even once per day can be a challenge. To make it super easy, have them apply while in the shower. Once per day is fine.

You are just giving them a good foundation for the healthy cleansing of skin and it should be very easy to stick with. Use the routine below whenever they shower, morning or night.

    • Open pores using warm water.
    • Massage RELIEF on face using firm movement for about 30 seconds or more. Use RELIEF to take off eye makeup being careful not to get it in your eyes.
    • Rinse and lightly towel off.

Have your preteen follow the above routine whenever they shower, morning or night or, just one time per day is enough.

week 1-2

Use RELIEF as your moisturizer and cleanser, exclusively, remembering it has jealousy issues.

Although we suggest using RELIEF alone for 2 weeks, this will be determined by how well your skin is doing. If you are still experiencing skin irritations, keep going for one more week then adding in SPOT on week 4. Everyone's skin is different. Trust yours.

week 3

Add WASH as your facial cleanser then RELIEF as your moisturizer for face and body.

week 4

Add SPOT to your daily routine by applying on the affected spots. It may sting a bit when applied. This tells you it is working to combat infection which causes inflammation. If it feels too uncomfortable, rinse off and try again at a later time. Do not use if it burns. Although all healthy plant oils, they pack a powerful punch at infection and inflammation.

Now that the detoxing process is done, welcome to your new routine.

  • cleanse
    • Open pores using warm water.
    • Massage WASH on face, let it sit for a few minutes and rinse off with warm water.
  • moisturize
    • SPOT - Apply SPOT on current or emerging pimples and whiteheads. For best results, allow it to do it's job for a few minutes before applying RELIEF.
    • RELIEF - Apply after cleansing with WASH. Allow to absorb into skin for about 5 minutes before applying makeup.

It's best to start this routine hour or so before bed to allow the nutrients to absorb. Think of it as a spa treatment before bedtime. It begins the relaxing process.
