Best face and body daily routine

MORNING

  • Cleanse
    • FACE with WASH - Use warm water to open pores, then massage WASH into skin with firm movements. It may feel a bit gritty but that just provides some exfoliation. Leave WASH on for 5 or so minutes to do it's job.
    • BODY with CLEAN (pits and privates)
    • BODY with NOURISH for all other parts - If in the shower, you can keep the water running. While some will be washed off (along with it dirt and grime), most will be absorbed deep into skin providing wonderful hydrated skin.
  • Moisturize
    • BODY with NOURISH - If you used NOURISH to cleanse your body, you can skip this step. However, if you feel like your body needs a bit more hydration, go ahead and apply before toweling off but after the water is turned off.
    • REVIVE - If you wear makeup, use this as your morning moisturizer. If you don't wear makeup, use REVIVE as a nutrient-dense serum before applying RESTORE.
    • RESTORE - Use if your skin is craving the perfect kind of hydration, remembering to only use a tiny bit. A little goes a long way.
    • RENEW for around eyes, lips and laugh lines.

EVENING

It's best to start this routine hour or so before bed to allow the nutrients to absorb. Think of it as a spa treatment before bedtime. It begins the relaxation process.

Daily routine for preteens

MORNING

At this age, getting them to cleanse even once per day can be a challenge. To make it super easy, have them apply while in the shower. Once per day is fine.

You are just giving them a good foundation for the healthy cleansing of skin and it should be very easy to stick with. Use the routine below whenever they shower, morning or night.

  • Cleanse
    • Open pores using warm water.
    • Massage RELIEF on face using firm movement for about 30 seconds or more. Use RELIEF to take off eye makeup being careful not to get it in your eyes.
    • Rinse and lightly towel off.
  • Moisturize
    • They've already done this in the CLEANSING step above. Wasn't that easy?

EVENING

Have your preteen follow the above routine whenever they shower, morning or night. One time per day is fine.

Daily routine for your little ones

MORNING

  • Cleanse
